Mail Sorter is a private, personal tool that helps its owner sort and label email in the owner's own Gmail account. It is not offered to the public.
Privacy policy ยท Terms of use
The app accesses only the Gmail account of the person who signs in and grants access. It reads only message headers (sender, subject and date) and labels, and changes labels only to sort that person's own email. It does not read message bodies or attachments.
To decide how to sort, the tool shows these headers to an AI assistant service that the owner uses. That service processes them under its own terms to provide this sorting feature. The owner has turned off the use of this data for training AI models in that service's settings. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to anyone else.
Access tokens are kept encrypted in a password manager. On the owner's device the tool keeps a log of its actions with message IDs, but without senders or subjects. Headers shown to the AI service may remain in the owner's local work records and in that service's history until the owner deletes them.
The use of information received from Google APIs, including Google Workspace APIs, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be withdrawn at any time in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections. The owner can delete the local log and the AI conversation history at any time.
The app is provided as is, for the owner's personal use only.
